OUR STORY

THE DESIGNER

Beth Keener Designs is a boutique brand

that handcrafts limited-edition handbags

and accessories in her West Virginia studio.

Each piece is hand-painted and carries a unique character – part vintage, part artistic expression –

made from ethically sourced materials,

deer antler, cowhide, or vegan leather.

The brand balances fashion and functionality,

creating bags, purses, and tote bags that are

both stylish and practical. Known for its

“fashion meets functionality” philosophy,

each product elevates an everyday

accessory into a wearable work of art.

Isaiah 60:22 "At the right time, I, the Lord, will make it happen." The key points of that verse: Perfect Timing, Divine Action, Encouragement to Wait, Fulfillment of Promises, Hasting in His Time, and His will not mine.

HOW DID WE GET HERE?

In 2009, while living in downtown Nashville,
Beth created a purse by sewing two
vintage buttons to an art canvas.

She folded the bag and stitched the sides.
There was no clasp or magnet to hold it closed and no lining on the inside—just a raw, accidental, and explorative moment.

She carried the clutch to a few events, which
sparked great interest in her immediate creative
and fashionable village.

Thus, what is now known as the "artisan clutches" was born. To this day, it has fueled her creative journey with unique and one-of-a-kind handbags.
